A training manual must be completed by all cleaners before they start with ServiceMaster Clean this gives employees such information as job roles and cleaning tasks, floor plans, health and safety on products and site Risk Assessments.
This ensures the cleaning is going to be a high standard from the offset.

Continuous Cleaning Performance Monitoring
Regular site visits will not only be conducted by Supervisors but also regularly by the Contracts Manager, making sure everything is to the clients' satisfaction.
All Chemicals and Equipment Supplied
All cleaning products and appropriate equipment will be provided to complete the clean.
COSHH Data Sheets will be supplied for all products placed at your premises. All of our electrical equipment is PAT Tested using our own qualified electrical testing team.
